"I was immediately hooked from page one. We have two people here that are just trying to find their way - Annie and Oliver. Each have their own small insecurities that in the end, complement each other. I can't go into too much detail of the story without giving anything away but these are wonderful, real characters that you just want to become friends with by the end of their story. Ms. Brouder has a way of writing that we all can connect with - the quirky family member that we love but worry about introducing to new people, the situations that do not seem wonderful at the time but in hindsight are some of the most joyous in life, you know reality.
